They are fresh, and I like that you've increased the amount of filling. I wish, though that they were much less sweet. My Hungarian grandmother made wonderful kolacs. She used one-third the sugar you do. She would give you the highest rating for dough and quality and quantity of the filling, but she'd join me in finding the roll way, way too sweet. The point of apricot is it's a tart fruit. Sweeten it somewhat, not a lot. Thanks.
